These terms apply to your use of the Yard Dog Landscapes website and to our text messaging program. Yard Dog Landscapes ("Yard Dog," "we," "us") is a lawn care, landscaping, and hardscaping company serving Longview, Kilgore, and the surrounding East Texas communities.
Yard Dog Landscapes operates a text messaging program that sends service-related messages to customers and to people who have contacted us to request a quote. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, crew on-the-way and arrival notices, weather-related reschedule notices, notice that a requested quote is ready, invoice and payment reminders, confirmation that work is complete, occasional seasonal service reminders, and replies to questions you send us. The program is two-way: you can reply to any message and a member of our team will respond.
You agree to receive text messages from Yard Dog Landscapes by providing your mobile phone number to us through our online quote request form, verbally over the phone when scheduling service, or in writing on an estimate or service agreement. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties.
Message frequency varies by customer and depends on your service schedule and the questions you send us. Most customers receive between 1 and 8 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Yard Dog Landscapes does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to every message you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive any further text messages from us unless you rejoin. To rejoin, reply START at any time.

Our program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Voice, as well as many smaller regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Service may be unavailable in some areas or at some times. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, misdirected, or not delivered.
Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
